feat(lsp, tests): refactor LSP setup to improve context handling and add comprehensive tests

- Refactored `runLsp` to use `runLspContext` for cleaner context-based handling.
- Added tests for `proxy`, `main`, and `logging` packages, covering new LSP functionality and edge cases.
