feat: read cached members in one round trip (#71)

CachingMemberRepository fetched a cached listing one key at a time,
because Cache had no multi-get: a few hundred members meant a few hundred
round trips to Memcached. Cache::getMultiple() mirrors
wp_cache_get_multiple() — every key asked for comes back, false where the
entry is absent — and WordPressCache forwards to it directly.

The listing paths now take one round trip, and the entries a multi-get
does not find are re-read through post__in in a single query rather than
one findById() each. A cache that has evicted half a directory therefore
costs one query, not two hundred.

This adds a method to a published interface, so anything implementing
Cache outside Unity must grow one too. Within the suite that was
Trumpet's two test doubles, done first in trumpet#74; nothing else
implements the contract.
