feat(sdk): async search parity with pagination + FastAPI Prometheus /metrics

- Standardize all async search methods (_search_facade.py) with limit, filter, sort
- Add Prometheus metrics middleware and /metrics endpoint to FastAPI REST API
- Update version in api.py to 2.4.25
- Add unit tests for async search pagination and /metrics endpoint
- Update CHANGELOG.md for v2.4.25
