[H R] Fix: OutOfMemory error in mirror Lambda function (#7730)

CPython 3.13.11 and 3.14.1 changed `http.client` to assemble a response body
larger than 1 MiB by growing and copying a buffer, raising the peak memory
footprint to 1.5 times the size of the body. The mirror Lambda function
buffers an entire part, so a 1 GiB part peaked at 1713 MiB, against the
1280 MiB it is allotted, and every attempt to mirror such a file failed.

Read the body in chunks into a buffer that is allocated up front instead.
Each read then stays at or below the threshold that triggers the growth,
restoring a peak of the size of the body plus a constant.

That buffer is a `bytearray`, which `resumablehash` rejected until version
1.6, hence the bump of that dependency. Boto3 accepts one, but only at the
cost of copying it, so the buffer is passed to Boto3 as a stream over it,
which Boto3 reads in bounded chunks instead.
