refactor: prune redundant and history-narrating comments (#1367)

Audit of every non-header `//` comment in `Sources` against the repo's
comment rules: names and structure carry the "what", and only an
outside-the-code "why" or genuinely dense syntax earns a comment.

Deleted 27 comments that restated the line below them, most of them in
`AuthClient`'s JWKS fetch and `getClaims`, plus section labels in
`Types.swift`'s `JWK` and the vendored `_curl` snapshot helper.

Trimmed the history out of five more — `StoredProperty`,
`PostgrestUpdate`, `WaitUntil`, `RealtimeChannelV2` and
`broadcast(event:message:)` — keeping each "why" and dropping the
"previously". Shortened the two `TableMacro` essays to the
`postgres-meta` optionality rule and the reason no `Update` shape exists.

No behavior change.
