Complete __all__ and bump to 0.0.8

__all__ listed only part of what the package re-exports: CubeMarsAK606v1CAN,
CubeMarsBaseCAN, MotorModel, MotorSpec, CAN_DEFAULTS and the three motor-spec
constants were all importable but absent from it. Nothing breaks today, since
nothing star-imports the package, but the list is the package's statement of
its public API and it was understating it. It would start to matter the day a
py.typed marker is added, when strict consumers would see the missing names as
private.

Bump to 0.0.8 across pyproject.toml, __version__, uv.lock and CLAUDE.md, which
had been left at 0.0.6. This is the first version without mit_mode_packer and
cube_mars_motor_ak606v1_1, so it is a breaking import change for consumers.
