Name the automation endpoints' last two fields in kebab-case too (#2545)

* Name the automation endpoints' last two fields in kebab-case too

`job_stats` and `redis_connection_err` were missed when the automation API moved to
kebab-case. Automations have shipped in no release, so this is a plain rename with none of
the transition a released field would need.

The `redis_connection_err` that `GET /assets/<id>/jobs` returns keeps its name: that
endpoint shipped in v1.0.0, so renaming it is the two-step job described in #2540.

* Spell the Redis connection error the same way on every endpoint

`GET /assets/<id>/jobs` reported `redis_connection_err` while the automation endpoints, after
the previous commit, reported `redis-connection-err`. One field, two spellings.

That field shipped in v1.0.0, so this is a change to a released response. It is read by
FlexMeasures' own UI; the FlexMeasures client neither reads it nor calls either endpoint,
which is why it is renamed outright rather than paired with its old spelling.
