Send CBOR, rather than JSON, while indexing

Solr [supports a data format called CBOR](https://solr.apache.org/guide/solr/9_6/indexing-guide/indexing-with-cbor.html),
which is a more compact binary representation
of your data.

While running `jstack` on solr-staging while indexing,
there were many threads that spent substantial time
in `sun.nio.ch.SocketDispatcher.read0`.
The idea of this commit is that by using CBOR, Solr will
need to read fewer bytes from the network, and will spend
less time on this particular bottleneck.
