feat: remove archipelago-core (clustering moves to Pulse) (#128)

* feat!: remove archipelago-core, Pulse owns clustering

Points the docs at Pulse and comms-gatekeeper, and stops a malformed
frame from deafening every stats subscription.

Collapses the branch's first twelve commits so every commit on it
carries a verified signature; the tree is unchanged. Three of them were
review fixes contributed by LautaroPetaccio and one an automated fix
from decentraland-bot, all included here.

* docs: align gatekeeper claims with the shipped one-cluster-one-room behavior

* docs: encode one-cluster-one-room as a design decision, not a gap

Pulse is the single source of cluster composition: comms-gatekeeper maps
one cluster to one LiveKit room (island-{clusterId}) verbatim, and no
consumer shards or re-partitions clusters. Any future room/crowd size
bound will be implemented in Pulse at the tracker level. Reframe the
Known Architectural Issues entry, the runbook's percolation note and
LIVEKIT_ISLAND_SIZE row, and fix the openapi.yaml overview, which
wrongly claimed gatekeeper shards rooms.

* docs: drop the subject-prefix troubleshooting entry — the knob was removed

Pulse and comms-gatekeeper removed NATS subject-prefix support; subjects
are literal everywhere, so the mismatch failure mode no longer exists.

* docs: correct the retired ROOM_PREFIX value — prod ran island-ea-, not the I default

Probed live before cutover: /islands served ids like island-ea-8ep.
Also note gatekeeper's island-C{n} room naming keeps the island- family.

* feat(ws-connector): announce a completed handshake on peer.{addr}.connect

Island assignments now come only from Pulse's cluster feed, which is
silent while a peer's cluster is unchanged, so a client that reconnects
standing still is never told which island to join. comms-gatekeeper
answers this subject by re-announcing the wallet's island.
