Name the printers used by the command line parameters

The printers passed to [Command.Param.create'] were inline lambdas that
nothing ever called, since cmdlang only uses a parameter printer to document
default values, and both parameters are optional. Expose them as
[Code.to_string] and [Color_permutation.to_string], which the tests exercise
directly.
