docs: document API guideline deviations in ARCHITECTURE.md (#848)

Adds a section documenting where glam deliberately deviates from the
Rust API guidelines and why:

- Public fields (C-STRUCT-PRIVATE): layout is part of the API
- Conversion naming (C-CONV): `as_*` element casts, `to_*`
alignment/storage changes
- Free function camera constructors (C-CTOR)
- Opt-in validation via glam-assert (C-VALIDATE)
- Unstable 0.x public dependencies (C-STABLE) and the adoption policy
- `ISizeVec3`/`USizeVec3` casing (C-CASE)

Deref (C-DEREF) and no-generics (C-GENERIC) rationales were already
documented and are cross-referenced.
