chore: pin @dcl/protocol to the main release that carries protocol#454

1.0.0-30361475985.commit-df8a4ff -> 1.0.0-35089025179.commit-5810768, the
npm `next` release published on 2026-09-16 from the squash-merge of
protocol#454 into main. This repo still decodes only the archipelago.proto
types (protocol#453 is included); the pin moves so the whole iteration-1
stack consumes one released protocol instead of branch builds.
