fix(auth)!: decode OAuth clients that omit redirect URIs, grant types or response types (#1349)

Auth tags redirect_uris, grant_types and response_types `omitempty`, and Go
drops an `omitempty` slice when it is empty as well as when it is nil, so a
client holding none of them arrives with no key at all and OAuthClient failed
to decode.

BREAKING CHANGE: OAuthClient.redirectUris, OAuthClient.grantTypes and
OAuthClient.responseTypes are optional.
