opt: keep SymbolRefs uses and defs inline

SymbolIdList holds two ints. collectSymbolRefs never needs more.
Call arguments stay in LinearPrep::extraCallUses; genKill and the
after-call walk apply them without addUse.

Tests pin add as two uses and one def, sret dest as a call use,
three pending args live at a label, and afterCall keeping only
the arg used later.
