feat(events): remote.opened and remote.closed for zmx attach rows

a session created by zmx attach now emits remote.opened and remote.closed beside its session.created and session.closed, carrying the ssh destination as host. The pair rides the shared emitters, not the attach dispatcher: a soft close emits session.closed while the pane is still alive for undo, and undo re-creates the row without passing through zmx.attach, so hanging the pair on the emitters keeps attach, soft close, undo, recent-closed reopen and window teardown consistent. Closing a remote split alone emits neither remote event. The kinds describe the row in the tree only, the app cannot see ssh exit under the hold prompt.

hooks get the destination as AGT_EVENT_HOST beside the JSON on stdin. The docs, the skill reference and the hooks.conf template list the kinds.

the host-side pair, client.attached and client.detached, goes to docs/backlog with the constraints found while designing it.
