* Add keyboard detection to spam filters

This implementation adds the ability to detect and flag messages with attached keyboards (buttons) as spam.

- Add HasKeyboard field to MetaData struct
- Update Message struct with WithKeyboard flag
- Detect keyboards in the transform function
- Add KeyboardCheck meta check function
- Add configuration option in main.go
- Update webapi settings
- Add tests for keyboard detection

- Display keyboard detection setting in the Meta Checks section of the settings page
- The feature was added in PR #259 but was missing from the UI

* Fix Issue #223: Preserve telegram profile links in callbacks

When pressing inline buttons in admin chat (like 'info' or 'keep it banned'),
messages with usernames containing underscores would lose their telegram profile
links (tg://user?id=) due to markdown parsing errors. Now the send() function
tries HTML mode as an intermediate fallback before resorting to plain text.

- Added HTML mode as fallback when markdown fails for messages with profile links
- Added test case that reproduces and verifies the fix
- Improved handling of messages with special characters in usernames

* Add NotificationType enum for sending messages without sound notifications

* Add ability to limit message mentions

- Add mentions field to MetaData struct
- Add MentionsCheck function to metachecks
- Update spam.go to count mentions from entities
- Add command-line option for mentions limit
- Update web UI to display mentions limit setting
