Animate the demo recordings regardless of reduced-motion settings

The demo SVGs froze on their last frame under prefers-reduced-motion,
which Chrome on Windows reports whenever "Animation effects" is off, so
the README and docs looked broken. Remove that rule from the renderer
and every committed SVG, stop the homepage player from pausing on it,
and add a cross-platform test so it cannot come back.
