feat(cli): add terminfo install, the bundled xterm-ghostty entry on a remote host over ssh

a remote host without the entry makes less, vim and apt warn that the terminal is not fully functional. This dumps the bundled entry with infocmp and compiles it into the account's ~/.terminfo with tic over one interactive ssh connection, once per host. Local-only, no socket. Only the destination and -p/-i/-J/-F pass through; the execution settings are the installer's, since a config file could otherwise discard stdin, skip the command or make ssh refuse it. ssh is spawned with posix_spawn so it stays in the caller's process group and its tty prompts are not stopped by SIGTTIN; it inherits only stdin, stdout and stderr and starts with a clean signal mask.
