Deduplicate coverage probability across overlapping fields

run_gwemopt's own "Schedule covers X% of probability" log line summed
each scheduled field's individually-computed prob, deduplicated only
by field ID. Each field's prob is computed independently against the
skymap with no knowledge of other fields, so this double-counts any
sky area covered by more than one scheduled field -- notably ZTF's
primary and secondary grids, which are deliberately offset to overlap
and cover each other's chip gaps, and are both eligible by default
(snipergw never passes --doUsePrimary/--doUseSecondary).

gwemopt's own final coverage figure ("Total Cumulative Probability")
doesn't have this problem: it's built from the union of every
scheduled tile's actual sky coverage before integrating probability,
so overlapping regions are only counted once. That value is already
written to tiles_coverage_int_<telescope>.txt (last row) as a side
effect of the existing gwemopt run -- read it directly instead of
re-deriving (incorrectly) from the per-field schedule output.

Verified against a cached run that the corrected log line now
matches gwemopt's own "Total Cumulative Probability" exactly.
