fix: label Matrix sub-matrices correctly for boolean selectors (#1213)

Astra noticed this while reviewing #1176.

`Matrix[[True, False, True]]` selected the right values, because
`np.ix_` treats the list as a mask, but the labels were built from the
booleans as integer positions 0 and 1. The names were therefore wrong
and indexing the result by name could raise `IndexError`. Boolean
selectors are now converted to positions before both the sub-matrix and
its labels are built. Adds a regression test.
