Wire category explicitly, matching container-vuln-scan's new default

container-vuln-scan's category default changed to empty (fixing a
regression risk for its other ~29 consumers) - this repo needs to
keep the explicit 'trivy' value on both sides to preserve the
matching-category behavior it already depends on.
