Recognize atis-latch and cost-state records

Newer Claude Code transcripts contain two record types claugrep did not
know about, so every session produced a stream of "skipping unrecognized
record" warnings on stderr (371 across one machine's ~/.claude/projects):

- atis-latch: an opaque per-session token, rewritten every turn.
- cost-state: a session cost/usage rollup with total USD, wall/API/tool
  durations, lines added/removed, and a per-model token breakdown.

Both become targets (excluded from the default set, included in `all`),
matching how mode and bridge-session were added. cost-state renders as one
`key: value` line per metric so `-t cost-state` output stays greppable.
