docs: document deferred exif extraction with a test (#30)

* docs: document deferred exif extraction with a test

The sync=False option existed since the initial commit but was never
documented, and test_async was an xfail placeholder. Document the
Celery/RQ pattern (update_exif(commit=True) from a task) and replace the
placeholder with a test proving extraction is deferred and committed
later.

Refs #1

* test: assert denormalized fields on deferred extraction

The README claims commit=True fills denormalized_fields, so cover it:
UnsyncedImage gains a denormalized camera field and the test asserts it
is filled on the deferred save. Also delete the actual stored name in
cleanup so re-runs cannot leak suffixed files.
