greens_function: say when the per-unit peak is cumulative, not this unit's

Found by adversarial review. `_block_green_group` discarded
`reset_peak_rss()`'s return value, then reported the resulting
`peak_rss_bytes()` as this unit's own transient. On a kernel or container
where /proc/self/clear_refs is unwritable the reset silently fails and
that number is a run-wide cumulative high-water mark instead -- exactly
the staleness that misled an earlier debugging session (round 6), and the
reason cipsi_solver captures the same return value as `peak_is_own`.

The print now labels the figure `(unit)` or `(cumulative)` and the
solver_trace note carries `peak_is_unit_transient`.
