feat: integrate with device forwarder's new version

The device forwarder follows a new flow from the frontend perspective.

- the client (frontend) first makes a request to the forwarder with
  `session` `protocol` and `port` as parameters.
- the forwarder sets a cookie in the response, then, redirects the
  client to `/`

This new flow supports absolute paths.
