project: apply the new prose rules for title, personification, and verb-no

Follow up on the prose-lint pass after the rules gained three points:

- "title" is now a banned verb. Where the earlier pass used it to replace
  "name", switch to "named after" for the passive that describes where a name
  comes from (now explicitly allowed), and to "identify", "label", or "call"
  for the active sense.
- An inanimate subject may not take a verb of life or emotion. "no character
  survives" becomes "no character remains".
- The "X verbs no Y" ban also covers "makes no edit", "identifies no file",
  and "identifies nothing"; these are reworded as negations.

Comment and docstring text only, plus the rebuilt bundle source map. No
behaviour changes.
