test: fixture-less integration tests for the hang regressions

The e2e suite needs the ESP32 fixture, but the two ways the plugin wedged on
macOS do not: a scan cancelled while it starts needs no peripheral at all,
and a connect the platform never completes only needs a non-connectable
advertiser in range, which any Apple device provides. Cover both against the
real stack — the scan cancel thirty times over, to land on both sides of
startScan returning — plus the retry after a timed-out connect and the
unqueued disconnect that cancels one.
