fix(e2e): stabilize clientPrint downloads PDF (Ref #36)

Gate /api → /api/ so readiness waits for API HAL root (502 while booting).
helpers loginAndSetCookie: Promise.all+waitForURL → sequential click + expect(toHaveURL pathname predicate)
clientPrint spec: waitForURL → same predicate + toBeVisible guards
