feat(example): add item CRUD feature to the example service

- add `internal/item` (model, repository, service) and the `/items` and `/items/{id}` public handlers with full unit test coverage
- wire the database connections from `newDatabases` into the public handler; item routes stay unregistered when the database is disabled
- document `/items` in `openapi_public.yaml` and cover it with venom integration tests
- move DSN parameters (`parseTime`, `columnsWithAlias`) into the MySQL configs instead of the shared connection code
- update the MySQL and Postgres schema and integration fixtures for the item table
- add `schemathesis.toml` with explicit check selection and bound the schemathesis run with `--max-time`
- simplify `cmd/main.go` error handling
