Bump dev Jade to 26.1.1

Jade 26.0.x fails to load plugins from mods that are bundled together
with another mod in a single jar (Snownee/Jade#758), which is how
EvilCraft-Compat ships (shaded into the EvilCraft jar with both mods
declared in one neoforge.mods.toml). Jade reports "Duplicate plugin
class" and drops our plugin entirely, so the Broom and Box of Eternal
Closure tooltips are missing.

Fixed upstream in Jade 26.1.1, so compile and run against that instead
of the affected 26.0.9. Newer 26.1.x builds require a NeoForge version
beyond the one pinned here, so 26.1.1 is the newest usable build without
also bumping NeoForge.
