Workaround issue with django-polymorphic and Fluent pages admin, re #31

Add an improved implementation of django-polymorphic's
`PolymorphicChildModelAdmin._get_parent_admin` method for Fluent Pages
that does not require the absolute base polymorphic parent `UrlNode` to
be have a polymorphic parent admin registered, but will instead search
for polymorphic parent admins registered for intermediate models in the
class hierachy – specifically `Page` – which is where we really want to
anchor the parent admin.

Use the `PolymorphicChildModelAdminGetParentAdminFix` mixin to fix the
`ParentAdminNotRegistered` error produced by django-polymorphic versions
1.0+ when you *Save* (not *Save and continue*) a Page child model.
