fix: Name the relationship an operation actually exercises

A DID operation claimed proofPurpose "authentication", which says the
signer is proving they are the subject. An operation exercises control
over a DID document, and DID Core's relationship for that is
capabilityInvocation.

It was never decided. "authentication" was written in #20, the commit
that introduced W3C-shaped proofs, with no discussion in the message, the
diff or the scheme doc -- the same commit that chose
EcdsaSecp256k1Signature2019, and the same kind of error: a W3C shape
taken by appearance rather than read. It survived because nothing
consults it, which is the condition under which a wrong value lasts.

Both gatekeeper ports accept capabilityInvocation now, and keep accepting
authentication and assertionMethod: every operation anchored before this
claims one of them. The seed bank's create keeps authentication along
with its legacy proof, since its DID is the CID of those bytes.
