Add two Colab notebooks, and badges that open them

Google Colab runs Julia natively now (1.10 LTS), so the package can be tried
without installing anything.

notebooks/getting-started.ipynb builds a table whose missingness has
deliberate structure — income refused on the values of other columns, a lab
result and a weight that go missing together, 99 for "ignored" — and then
finds that structure with the package rather than by knowing where it was
put: every entry point, isna, by/period grouping, the data API, and an
imputation audited with plotmissingdiff.

notebooks/obis-missingness.ipynb runs the same diagnostics on marine
biodiversity records pulled live from OBIS with OBISClient: two depth fields
that turn out to be one column, a provenance split showing up as a negative
phi, no complete record in three thousand, and the sample checked against
OBIS's own per-field counts for the whole query.

Both are committed with the outputs of a real run, so they read on GitHub
without being executed.
