macro examples: sj_library.asm optimizations

Optimizing sj_library.asm code for performance

`negHLuseDE` and `negDEuseHL` examples dropped in favour of new
`negDEtoHL`. The old ones can be done with `negDEtoHL` and single `ex
de,hl` ahead/after it.

`sbc hl,hl` replaced by `ld hl,10` (+1 byte, but -5T)

`alignHl` is even more interesting, shortened and sped up for most of
the cases except `alignValue?` == 2.
