fix: robust shape naming, inline-aware previews, release 2.0.1

- Resolve vinyl file path in SVGSpriter.add() so base and path share the
  same absolute frame
- Derive shape names via path.relative() instead of manual string slicing
- Adapt defs/symbol/stack preview templates to the inline option and use
  a shared footer partial
- Pin pnpm version 12 in CI and generate release notes from CHANGELOG
- Bump version to 2.0.1 and document the changes in the changelog

Publish to GitHub Packages, create the GitHub release (titled with the tag name) and
bump the release-notes workflow to include the release title.
