Implement ISIS MD5 authentication in scale multi-adjacency test (#5905)

* Implement ISIS MD5 authentication in scale multi-adjacency test

- Adapt topology to 4 physical LAG interfaces with 76 sub-interfaces each (304 Level 2 IS-IS multi-adjacencies) to run on standard 4-port WAN-form testbeds.
- Add Level 2 LSP database and sub-interface Hello MD5 authentication support in cfgplugins and otgconfighelpers.
- Add VerifyISISAuthTelemetry helper to validate Level 2 LSP database and interface Hello authentication telemetry across all configured links.
- Update testbed requirement in metadata.textproto to TESTBED_DUT_ATE_4LINKS and configure Nokia SR Linux explicit level auth flags.

* docs(isis): update RT-2.18 README topology and port tables for 4-port testbed

* fix(isisscale): handle SetISISAuthWithInterfaceAuthenticationContainer in VerifyISISAuthTelemetry

* fix(isisscale): retrieve default network instance dynamically in VerifyISISAuthTelemetry

* refactor(isis): extract isisAuthKey constant and remove unconditional sleep

* fix(isis): increase route convergence timeout to 5 minutes

Allow sufficient time for route convergence across all platforms (e.g. Nokia, Arista) following the removal of the fixed 5-minute stability sleep.

* fix(isis): fix mermaid syntax, canonical oc formatting, and staticcheck error strings

* docs(isis): quote mermaid link labels containing parentheses
