GH-278 - AltTree: exclude the trailing newline of a comment token from tree_range

A <!--#yatt --> comment token ends just after its newline (parse_decl
consumes `-->\r?\n`), so tree_range ended on the *next* line and the
first columns of that line (e.g. `<yatt:if "&yatt:foobar();">`) were
located as the COMMENT node: no definition, no hover there.
