* Add sector aliases seen recurring in hdx-scraper-operationalpresence logs

AoR LAM, Cash transfers, Livelihood, Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance,
Non-Food Items, Protección y AdRs, Protection - Child Protection and
Refugee Consultative Forum were logged as unmatched sectors across
several country 3W datasets (Haiti, Yemen, Syria, Sudan, PAK, CAR,
Lebanon, Venezuela), despite mapping cleanly to existing cluster
codes/precedents already in this file.

* Drop livelihood -> ERY mapping, no clean equivalent exists

Lebanon's LCRP source data (lbn_sectorsreporting_bydistrict_2024...
_hxlated.csv) lists "Livelihood" as its own standalone sector,
distinct from both "Food Security" and any Early Recovery category
(LCRP has no Early Recovery sector at all). The existing
"early recovery livelihoods" -> ERY precedent this mapping was based
on doesn't apply here, so leave it unmatched rather than guess, same
as Chad's "Environnement" and PAK's "DRR".
