pyproject: let the shared fixture stay automatic

Ruff has taken to objecting to an autouse fixture in a conftest, but the
one this suite has is exactly the case for it: every test wants the
weights looked for somewhere harmless, and asking each of them to say so
would be six hundred repetitions of the same line.
