Add LWS and DisaggregatedSet topology-aware scheduling guides

Present native placement policies and Kueue TAS as two options in one
topology-aware-scheduling guide, and clarify that Kueue's
podset-required-topology gives all-or-nothing placement versus the baked-in
exclusive-topology / placementPolicy features.

- Fix invalid volumes indentation in the LWS Kueue manifest.
- Modernize the LWS Kueue manifest: vLLM v0.28.0, vllm serve, GLM-4.6,
  restartPolicy RecreateGroupAfterStart, and document podset-group-name as
  the leader+worker scheduling unit.
- Bump google.golang.org/grpc to v1.83.2 (CVE-2026-84445); the x/* bumps are
  transitively required by that grpc version.
