refactor(core): return static shapes from ToolBase.argsShape/outputSchema MCP-640 (#1510)

Convert argsShape and outputSchema from instance properties to methods
that return a stable, module-level Zod shape object, instead of
caching/redirecting per-instance schema objects via a WeakMap keyed by
constructor.

Notably, this reduces the number of on-heap JS objects created with each
tool instantiation in the current model, where MCP server instances
correspond to users and therefore a large number of them is expected to
exist in a given process.
