fix tests: reenable httpCache categories.spec.ts (issue-145)

- Remove top-level @mature tag, add individually to stable tests
- Fix Vuetify 2→3 selector (.v-list-item__title → .v-list-item-title)
- Fix past-camp navigation (add Alte Lager click)
- Re-enable 'invalidates cached data when user leaves a camp' test
- Add @mature tag to nested describe and its children
