Keep the chart legend off the plot in PNG/SVG exports (#2517)

* fix(ui): keep the chart legend off the plot in PNG/SVG exports

On screen, a chart with more sensors than fit beside a subplot paginates
its legend (6 entries per page). The image exports switch that legend to
"plain" so every entry shows, but kept the on-screen geometry, so the
extra entries wrapped into columns that ran over the plot.

The export now gives each side legend the full vertical band beside its
subplot, anchors it to its plot, and — when the entries still wrap into
extra columns — widens the exported canvas by just enough to hold them,
leaving every plot at the size it has on screen. Labels are no longer
truncated either, up to a cap, since an image has no hover to reveal a
name in full.
