fix: introduce outbound requests with a descriptive user-agent

Adds Rabbit\Transport\UserAgent and points the transport at it. The
default was the bare product name 'Rabbit (WordPress member-messaging
transport)' — no version, no contact. A driver that owns the conversation
still overrides it; an empty override now means 'identify as Rabbit'.

The shape is AppName/Version (ContactInfo; Environment), asked for by an
upstream whose bot protection was challenging requests that identified
themselves with nothing useful. Environment is this site's home URL, so
test and live are distinguishable upstream without a hand-maintained label.
