docs: note the reason metric label casing change in the 1.15 upgrade guide

Companion to the core change standardizing the `reason` metric label to
lowercase. Adds a 1.15.0 upgrade-guide section calling out the breaking change:
karpenter_nodepool_allowed_disruptions and karpenter_nodepool_nodes_consuming_budgets
now emit lowercase reason values.
