feat: Add bounded backward ASOF streaming joins

## Summary

Add a stream-only backward ASOF join that selects the greatest `(right_time, right_sequence)` for the same exact key in the inclusive interval `[left_time - tolerance, left_time]`. Each accepted left row produces one final logical result after both inputs strictly pass its event time or end. Unmatched left rows retain null right fields. With right times 90/100/110 and left time 105, tolerance 10 selects 100; tolerance 4 keeps an unmatched left row.

- Introduce independent `stream_asof_join@1` configuration and native state, typed deterministic identities, explicit late-row policies, positive state limits, bounded workspace, and managed checkpoint recovery including terminal validation.
- Expose immutable Python expression/builder declarations and native symbolic lowering, capability/explain facts, project-v3 contracts, OpenAPI/TypeScript types, and lossless Studio status/SSE metrics. Preserve frozen inner Join configuration bytes, schemas, fingerprints, symbolic identities, and checkpoint readers.
- Add a runnable trade/quote example and user/reference documentation. V1 supports finite backward tolerance and flat Arrow payloads. Tolerance bounds historical age, not watermark waiting time; state/workspace limits are accounting bounds rather than process-RSS guarantees. End-to-end delivery still depends on source and sink capabilities.
- Preserve a user's first input-alias edit when the Studio editor appears, with a regression for the mount-timing race observed by CI.

## Test plan

- Focused native oracle, boundary/validation, state and corruption recovery, frozen inner compatibility, actual operator-task progress/backpressure, and managed checkpoint publication/recovery tests. After remediation, 56 focused native tests and Clippy for the actual library test configuration and selected integration targets pass.
