feat: say whether push is available and enabled, on the settings screen (#21)

* fix: keep iOS keychain items on the handset that wrote them

MauiProgram never set SecureStorage.DefaultAccessible, and MAUI's own
default is AfterFirstUnlock - included in encrypted device backups and
restorable onto a different device. For Link that carried the RSA
private key, the history key and the session token, so a restored backup
reconstituted a working enrolment and the key material to read messages
on a handset the intergroup never enrolled.

That is the same outcome AndroidManifest.xml's allowBackup="false"
comment calls precisely what the enrolment flow exists to prevent, and
it made "the private half never leaves the handset" untrue on iOS.

AfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly has identical unlock semantics - a push
arriving on a locked phone still reads what it needs - and excludes the
item from migration. Items already stored keep the attribute they were
written with and follow at the next enrolment.

* fix: require an absolute HTTPS base in both configuration models

FellowshipConfiguration.IsConfigured was a non-empty check, so any
string at all counted as configured and Route() interpolated whatever it
held. BetterStackConfiguration.IsValid accepted Uri.UriSchemeHttp
alongside HTTPS, and BetterStackHttpClient attaches the source token as
a Bearer header on every batch.

Both now require an absolute HTTPS URL, so a plaintext base fails closed
- SignInViewModel gates sign-in on IsConfigured - rather than putting a
bearer credential and message bodies on the wire in the clear with
nothing in the app saying so.

Bare hostnames are unaffected: Better Stack's dashboard shows the ingest
address without a scheme, and the setter still gives it https:// on the
way in.

* feat: say whether push is available and enabled, on the settings screen

The settings screen said nothing about push at all. It is the screen a
member goes to when messages seem slow, and it had no wo... (continued)
