* docs: add usage examples to the ViewHelper class docblocks

* docs: surface routing:requestToken in the documentation overview

* docs: call the request token CSRF-like, not CSRF

CodeRabbit flagged the flat "CSRF token" wording in the new closing
section as inconsistent with authentication.md, which calls it a
"CSRF-like" request token since TYPO3's mechanism isn't literal CSRF
protection.
