Pin multiprocessing.Pool to fork context in match_templates for GPU disabling

Python 3.14+ changed the default multiprocessing start method on Linux
from fork to forkserver, so the NoGPU() context manager's module-level
flag was no longer inherited by pool workers, causing them to attempt
cupy/GPU code paths and fail with cudaErrorInitializationError on nodes
without a usable GPU.
