fix: add retro-compatibility for testing

Old V8 (Node 0.8/0.10/0.12, io.js 1.x) phrases the non-callable-toHTML TypeError differently ('Property toHTML of object #<Object> is not a function', 'string is not a function'). Relax the assertions from /toHTML is not a function/ to /is not a function/ so the regression test passes on every supported runtime. lib/hbs.js unchanged.
